How do I change the date or time of my booking?
Step 1:
Scroll down to the bottom of any page on our website and click on “Customer Panel” to access additional services or manage your account.
Step 2:
Enter your email address in the provided field, and a link will be sent to your email to proceed with the next steps.
Step 3:
Now, check your email and click on the link that was sent to you to continue.
Step 4:
You are now in your Customer Panel. Locate your booking and click on the small pen symbol to edit or cancel your booking. Please be aware that we have specific policies regarding date changes and cancellations. For more details, visit our Terms and Conditions page.
