Social Media Marketing Terms and Conditions
- Purpose of the Questionnaire:
- This questionnaire is intended to collect information that will be used to formulate and develop a social media marketing strategy tailored to your needs. By submitting your responses, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for this purpose.
- Confidentiality:
- All responses to this questionnaire are considered confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of developing your social media marketing strategy. The marketing company agrees not to disclose any information provided by the client to any third party, except as may be necessary for the completion of the project as discussed with the client.
- Intellectual Property:
- The client retains ownership of all intellectual property that is provided for the purpose of social media marketing, including existing trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material. The marketing company agrees to use such materials solely for the purpose of creating and managing the client’s social media campaigns.
- Use of Information:
- The information provided by the client through this questionnaire will be used by the marketing company to:
- Develop a social media marketing proposal and scope of work.
- Design and implement the social media marketing strategy as per the agreed proposal.
- Provide ongoing support and updates as agreed upon.
- Modifications:
- Any modifications to the answers provided in this questionnaire must be communicated in writing by the client. The marketing company will assess the impact of any such modifications on the scope of work and timeline, and adjustments may be subject to additional charges.
- Agreement to Terms:
- By completing and submitting this questionnaire, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. The marketing company reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on our official communication channels.
- Termination:
- Either party may terminate the agreement resulting from this questionnaire with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed to date, and any work in progress will be billed proportionally.
- Governing Law:
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the marketing company operates.
- Payment Terms:
- Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal and scope of work. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule, and late payments may incur additional fees.
- Limitation of Liability:
- The marketing company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
- Client Responsibilities:
- The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access to relevant social media accounts in a timely manner to enable the marketing company to perform the services.
- Performance and Results:
- While the marketing company will endeavor to achieve the best possible results, it does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the social media marketing services provided.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Ongoing support and maintenance will be provided as outlined in the proposal. Any additional support or maintenance requests may be subject to additional charges.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed by the parties.
